Government Window Program
On January 3, 2011, an Integrated Government Customer Service was established in the country at 29 locations, including Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County. With the creation of this program, the Hungarian Government aims to create a ”Righteous State” for its citizens.
Through the Government Window Program, citizens can gain thorough information on how to conduct official matters, and are able to get help in filing and submitting claims and applications.
Here is how the program can help:

- We can help you with filling out the forms, we can verify that it is filled out correctly and completely, including required documentation
The Government Window helps you:
- Check if your employer is in compliance with their reporting obligations
- Request official and unofficial copies of real estate records and plat maps
- Set up your Client Gate account (a secure electronic system for government customers for login and identification)
- Apply for a business license
- Apply for benefits and assistance
- Get information on applying for childcare, pregnancy and maternity benefits, start and end date of certain benefits and services, information about getting your Hungarian personal ID or your business ID
